Our motivation comes from knowing that in a fast-moving world, we can be that gentle pause, that “ray” of calm that helps someone breathe easier, smile more often, and live with greater intention.

Our Inspiration

Founded in 2022, A Mindful Ray began with a simple yet powerful idea: wellness should be accessible to everyone.


Our story is one of transformation and hope. During the challenging times of the COVID pandemic, my husband got very sick with this unfortunate illness. During this time, hospital were not accepting patients unless they were not breathing. On a journey to find solace, we turned to the ancient wisdom of nature. Fortunately, through the healing power of natural medicine (including essential oils); he made a remarkable recovery.


This experience became the key to re-discovering a deeper connection to life, and inspired me to share the healing benefits of these products with others. However, we found a gap towards the path to well-being, the high costs of quality wellness products. Driven by the vision that everyone deserves access to the tools for a healthier life, we founded “A Mindful Ray.”
