Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase!
If you are not satisfied, please read the following:
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, including essential oils, diffusers that have been filled with water, incense, or any personal care items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
Once your return request is received, our customer support team will inspect it and authorize the return if it meets the return eligibility criteria to start the refund process.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Notification
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your return is rejected due to ineligibility (such as opened or used items), the product may be partially or not refunded and may be returned to you at your expense.
Refund Approval
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Reason for No-Refunds
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Products that have been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@amindfulray.com.

Return Timeline
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Times:
- Domestic: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days.
- International: Estimated delivery 7–21 business days (customs may cause delays).
Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Duties & Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at contact@amindfulray.com with your order details.

Product Policy and Disclaimer
All information and products from A Mindful Ray are for educational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Our essential oils and natural products should be used according to recommended guidelines. Always perform a patch test before use, and consult a healthcare professional before using if you are pregnant, nursing, have medical conditions, or are using medication.
We are not responsible for misuse or allergic reactions.

- All digital product sales are final (no refunds), unless the file is defective or inaccessible.
- Files are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or reproduced.
- Download links are provided immediately after purchase and via email.

Gift Cards
- Gift cards are redeemable for products on http://www.amindfulray.com and/or http://www.amindfulray.org and our social media accounts: @amindfulray (Fb, Insta, Tiktok).
- They cannot be exchanged for cash.
- No expiration date unless required by law.
- Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
